| Terror Plot On JFK Airport Foiled

A terror plot that could have killed millions of Americans is stopped by authorities. So far, 3 people have been arrested and authorities are looking for a 4th in this alleged terror plot on the JFK Airport in New York City. Reports show that the plot was to blow up jet fuel pipelines and tanks at JFK to create a massive explosion. One pipeline stretches nearly 40 miles from Linden, New Jersey to the airport and goes through residential neighborhoods. Authorities say one of the suspects, a U.S. citizen and a native of Guyana, once worked at the airport. Officials were tipped off after they say one of the suspects tried to recruit help from an informant. A law enforcement official says the plot was never fully operational and say no flights were ever targeted.

I'm going to New York in couple of days. I still can't believe that I'm going to be in New York this summer. I wonder why out of all places... God opened doors in New York.
I'm going to miss Guatemala Missions VERY VERY much this summer. But, my design internship will be my mission field for this summer. Please keep me in your prayers that I will be His Faithful Servant. |
